A superb Lakeland ramble through the Langdale Valleys.
6 miles - moderate or 3.75 miles - easy

You will pass Elter Water, Colwith Force, Skelwith Force, Slater Bridge, Little Langdale Tarn, Burlington Quarry and the amazing Cathedral Cavern which many walkers pass by, oblivious to its existence! The view of the Langdale Pikes from the lake is wonderful. One of my favourite walks.
