14th century cross head in the churchyard of All Hallows Church at Great Mitton in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire.
The 14th century head is circular, and each side is carved with a depiction of the Crucifixion.
The rest of the cross dates from 1897.
The inscription at the base reads,
"TO THE GLORY OF GOD, AND TO COMMEMORATE THE X111 HUNDRETH YEAR OF CHRISTIANITY IN BRITAIN".
