St. Cuthbert's Church, Over Kellett in Lancashire.
The earliest surviving parts of the church date from about 1200 (western arch and pier of the south aisle, together with the respond, and the western respond of the north aisle) but most of the structure is from the 16th century. The church was restored in 1863–64 by the Lancaster architect E. G. Paley.
