The rights granted to you are non-transferable and non-sublicensable. You must not transfer or sublicense them to anyone else unless it is to your employer or client.
A1. PHOTO NORTH IMAGE FILES MUST NEVER BE USED FOR:
1. Obscene or libellous works
2. Depicting a model in a manner that may cause distress
3. Any logo or trademark
4. On-line print on demand products
5. Re-sale.
A2. ROYALTY-FREE IMAGES
Subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions, you may use images purchased from Photo North as many times as you wish. A credit: 'Image: Joan Martin PHOTO NORTH' would be appreciated, but not essential.
A3. LICENSES
PERSONAL USE
1. Wall art and greetings cards for self or friends.
2. Gifts for self or friends: Mugs, jigsaws etc using one of the many online or high street photo processing companies.

A4. MODEL OR PROPERTY RELEASES
Details as to whether a model or property release has already been obtained are provided with the mage Info (accessible from the enlarged thumbnail) and unless otherwise stated, all landscapes, buildings, historical structures and works of art have been photographed from public roads, public footpaths, places that offered free public access (with no photography restrictions) or from a hot-air balloon.
If no model or property release is present, please contact Joan with your intended usage and if possible a release will be obtained.

Much time and effort has gone into the making of the Photo North Discovery Walks because Joan would like them to be regarded as some of the best and most detailed guides on the market. Please note however that new fences may have been erected, signposts changed or at times you may have found the directions difficult to follow! Please contact Joan if you have any comments or contributions to make about the walks. Feedback is invaluable and helps to ensure that the guides are continually up to date and are as accurate as possible. This feedback helps to ensure the safety and enjoyment of other walkers. The length of time suggested to complete each walk does not allow for lunch or coffee breaks, and is based on a person of average fitness.

B2. SAFETY
The tick boxes on the photos of the PDFs are an ideal way to keep children interested in a walk, but some shots have been taken with a zoom lens, and Joan may have taken carefully considered risks to get some of the other photos. Children should not be allowed to take risks in order to add a tick!
Joan Martin has done everything possible to keep you safe while following the Photo North Discovery Walks, but no outdoor walking is without risk. You are solely responsible for your own safety and that of your family. Take the precautions listed on each walk, keep safe, and Joan hopes you enjoy these Photo North Discovery Walks as much as she enjoyed preparing them for you!
